Iideas to change your perspective:

  • Look at all viewpoints. As Stephen Covey said, “Seek first to understand.”
  • Refocus on your big-picture goals - most things aren’t that big deal.
  • Don’t sweat the small stuff.
  • Breathe. Just breathe.
  • Understand where the threat comes from - often, it is just a (misheld) belief. Or a threat to your reputation, standing, or view of yourself.
  • Accept the situation (most things can’t be immediately changed, so getting frustrated won’t help).
